Welcome to the Art Machine Gallery - a tiny selection of the many thousands of images already created on Art Machines around the World.

Art Machines can be configured to use the Subtractive model - which simulates how paint colours mix and blend - or the Additive model which simulates how coloured lights combine. You can see examples from both configurations by clicking the menu links.

These two principals of colour mixing can be shown to best effect by placing two Art Machines side-by-side for a powerful demonstration of the differences.
